What are the best aspects of this product?

When we started using Lserfiche we have reduced the usage of paper. We don’t use cabinets for storing all our documents, everything is in one place and can be find easily. I love its search engine. In the past we couldn’t easily find document because of the misfiled, but now by using the search option each document can be found by using keywords that are not only included into the name of the document but even a keywords that are within the document.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Don’t have any dislikes.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We don’t use cabinets, buying folders and tons of paper anymore. We don’t even fill the paper manually. We can store all documentation in one place and everything can be found easily in less time. The other good thing is that everything is accessible to everyone within the company.
