What are the best aspects of this product?
I’m a restaurant owner who’s always on-the-go. Lavu has given me a platform to oversee my business and update my data even when I’m not in the office. Launching it and getting it running was easy to do also. So far, I and my staff have been enjoying working with this tool.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I’m not sure if it is my internet provider or if it is Lavu’s system that causes delays in the processing of payments and the like. We’re looking into this though.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Right from the first time we started to integrate Lavu into our operations and even up to this day, it has made an impact not just in the ease of how we process payment, but also in keeping the staff accountable and updated in the day-to-day affairs of the restaurant.
