What are the best aspects of this product?

Lavu is a highly flexible platform that allows us to configure and add several components within the system, such as tabs and inventory. We can easily personalize the system as if it was made entirely for our operations.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are still quite several difficulties, particularly on the onboarding process with the need for third-party technicians instead of something I can learn naturally on my own. But that's understandable with Lavu being a new player.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

For a relatively new product, Lavu is quite impressive. Since it is cloud-based, we can track employees' time, inventory, and sales with a few clicks and through our iPad. Its integration system is also helpful in allowing us to tap external apps that can improve our operations.
