PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Lavu gives me a mixture of ease and reliability. It is both user-friendly and a multi-tooled solution at the same time, which I like. I use it to track employee time ins and outs, among other things. So far, I haven’t run into any major issues with them, but in the chances that I do experience glitches in the system, their customer support team are always willing to help.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They’ve recently rolled out a new version, and I’m still trying to get the hang of it. I still prefer the older version. I have a few suggestions for the developers also. One, I’d like to alter the view of the variables in my reports. Please lend the user more say in the reports. Two, can you please make it possible for users to physically set up a payment portal? This would be much more convenient for us.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

While self-payment portals are still not available, Lavu has been taking the bulk off our manual force by allowing our customers to place orders for themselves. This kind of technology is what excites me about Lavu. It keeps my business ahead of the curve.
