What are the best aspects of this product?

Performing management tasks is made simple with Lavu. The platform provides detailed sales data which is convertible from sheets to a more comprehensible report. Invoices are easily viewable. Updating item categories and prices is very intuitive. The same can be said in learning the app. We had a smooth process in helping our employees shift to using Lavu. And if we do have issues, there were minor but Lavu's customer representatives handled them with utmost urgency. And we highly appreciated that.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The chatbox was never helpful. Customer representatives still ended up calling me.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Besides being a reliable POS system overall, Lavu also gives us reports on how much we have profited from specific marketing events. Its detailed report allows us to assess better whether another round of promotional activity is worth the push.
