Lead Liaison is very user-friendly and the support team is very knowledgeable and reponds promptly to any query or issue. Their support is also flexible to special requests and helps us discover features and functionalities that are suited to our needs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Not much. Lead Liaison really is responsive to our needs. Whenever we have problems, all we have to do is contact their support team and all our problems are addressed.

We love how it enables us to see who is visiting our websites, reading our newsletters, emails, etc. That means we have a strong idea on what interests our customers and how to respond in a very particular manner.
