Pros:
Lead Liaison really delivers in terms of email marketing solutions that are tailored to the needs not only of my business but also that of my clients'. Their support ois topnotch, always following up and keeping their promise. They send me updates on improvements and changes they are working on or rolling out and train me on how to implement these changes and integrate them into my customer base.

Cons:
There is nothing I dislike about Lead Liasion. They have covered every base and I have no complaints. That said, I would love it if I can write notes about my clients in the contacts section.

Pros:
Lead Liaison offers powerful features that really helps me manage leads and convert them to help boost our sales. The software has reporting tools, data analysis, and versatile marketing automation. I can make very intelligent decisions on where my Marketing dollars are being spent and steer high quality leads for increasing sales.

Cons:
The software is just great. If you are not using it, you are missing out.
