What are the best aspects of this product?

Lead Liaison allows us to monitor our marketing and content from a unified location. I really dig the fact that I can track my prospects, gather all relevant information, and see all their activities on my website. I get high quality, actionable insights into what content that really interests them and it really is a big deal that I know when to initiate contact or follow up.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Lead Liaison should consider adding new features, particulalry the ability to use video platforms in addition to Wistia to monitor video news.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our marketing automation efforts are now on point as we now have absolute control. We are able to centralize a number of content publishing and tracking efforts from email to social to website traffic. We see the companies and organizations that came to visit our websites. All actions and activities they perform, they are all very visible to us.
