What are the best aspects of this product?

Lead411 is easy to use, and it has great search engine because you can search within each company for job titles by entering word or even partial word in order to find out about the type of role within the company. If I want to contact person at a large company I can type into the search bar and all people with same job title will pop up. I’m using it on a daily basis and It allows me to do my job effectively and efficiently.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They could implement populate feature, when typing in company to pop up company’s name or to pull up possible company recommendations.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Witin my company I’m the only one who uses Lead411 and everyone is asking me to do some research about specific company or person within the company. I can help everyone around me.
