What are the best aspects of this product?

Lead411 is easy to use, I personally like Verified Email component and it is good to know that you have 99% accurate information. I like the availablity of social profiles and I like the integration with Linkedln. I love Chrome app because it gets me the right information when viewing the prospect, and I can export the information right away.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The data is always accurate and this speaks a lot for this product.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I used tools for middle to small size sales teams, an ability to search prospects on Linedln for those companies is extremely helpful. It allows me to connect with a prospect while ensuring me that I’m contacting right prospect.
