What are the best aspects of this product?
I learned to use the product in just a few hours and with minimal assistance. That’s how convenient Leadfeeder is. Plus, I was able to forward a couple of leads to our sales team, and they were able to close the deal real quick. That is why I don’t have any regrets in subscribing to the product. However, the price is quite high because it gives me full visibility of who visits your site, which is helpful from a business standpoint.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The product itself is best paired with another software called Linkedin Sales. If you purchase them both, you’ll pay for a steep price, especially if you are just new. But looking at the big picture, these two platforms can give you better leads than searching for them manually when merged.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Our website is primarily designed to address and fix customer issues. So if a new client visits our site, there is a big chance that he would not be able to find a specific item that he is looking for, leaving him feeling frustrated. The good thing is that Leadfeeder would provide us with essential client information, thus allowing us to get in touch with him as soon as possible. This process will enable us to maintain our website's current function and still win new clients at the same time.
