What are the best aspects of this product?

It feels good that Leadfeeder gives me insights into people or companies who check out my business site. I can collate this information on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I own a relatively small company with only a handful of employees. I am currently subscribed to a lot of applications that I use to run my business efficiently. I tried using Leadfeeder, and I am happy with the results because most of the leads turned into sales. However, what’s making me think twice about using this product, in the long run, is the cost. If it can generate more ROI in the next few months, then I’ll be getting an annual subscription.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It gives me visibility of who visits my site. I can quickly get in touch with them and discuss things that they would like to learn from our company and eventually offer our products and services. It’s easier for us to approach our clients and give them the kind of service that they deserve.
