What are the best aspects of this product?

We have tried much software to help us move our sales numbers, but none are as effective as Leadfeeder. It does a wonderful job of monitoring and filtering online traffic, which greatly impacts our business. We are currently using Leadfeeder along with Mailchimp to help us receive notifications regarding the people/companies who visit our website. Each day, Leadfeeder can send us an approximate 10-20 qualified leads that our sales team can focus on. It gives us an idea of what our clients are exactly looking for and how we can provide it to them.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It needs extra effort to filter the best leads that you need for your business. Many of the leads have generic or limited info, which makes it hard for our salespeople to maximize. But at the end of the day, we are grateful that Leadfeeder was able to contribute significant leads, which matters most.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our telemarketing team has never run out of leads daily. No need to call random people and promote our products. With Leadfeeder, we have an assurance that most of our clients have an idea of our products.
