What are the best aspects of this product?
Before using Leadfeeder, we had no idea of what’s going on behind our website. We needed to produce leads that could eventually quantify into sales and revenue. Using this software has been a big help to our business for the past few years. There is no need to source out our leads from other platforms because Leadfeeder does all the work for us. We need to filter them accordingly and forward it to our sales and marketing department, and they will take it from there.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Leadfeeder provides us with quality leads, but it could not identify some of the users who visit our site. Instead, we trace them using other sources such as cold calling and take it as an opportunity to pitch in our offer that eventually leads to a sale. We have to be resourceful and use what we have since the functionality of Leadfeeder is quite limited.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We use this particular software to get information about the people who visit our website. We made an online form, but admittedly many people do not bother leaving their information. So the easiest way to get in touch with our prospects is by using Leadfeeder. Once we have their data, we can start sending them proposals via e-mail or give them a call. A significant percentage of our leads turn out to be successful transactions in which we are thankful for.
