What are the best aspects of this product?

One of the things that I appreciate about this product is its seamless integration with Linkedin, which is vital for the business. Also, I don’t have to worry about violating the privacy policy of the clients. At the same time, I gather historical data of their visits to my website.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Prices should be consistent and not variable because many clients could not afford to pay for this kind of service. I was hoping that they can come up with standard monthly and annual rates to help address pricing issues.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Qualifying leads is now an easier task to fulfill by using the filter section of the software. I can streamline my searches and get the results that I wanted and feed it directly into its CRM tool.
