What are the best aspects of this product?

I got nothing negative to say about its user interface; it's one of the best that I've seen. Easy to learn and navigate and be an expert on the tool in no time. I never hesitated to reach out to support any technical related issues.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

One of my significant concerns about this product is the price is too steep to pay, especially for startups and small companies. Another issue would be queue management, especially on days where we get overwhelming traffic on our website. Sometimes Leadfeeder could no longer track or filter these leads, which goes into waste. They could probably improve their data management features, and everything will be perfect.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were able to build reliable connections and lasting relationships with other companies because of Leadfeeder. It is nice to know who visits your website because it gives you a sense of accountability in terms of growing your business.
