What are the best aspects of this product?
It gives my company an overall idea of what people are looking for whenever they visit the company website. What specific things are they looking for and what can we do to help them out. Leadfeeder helps break down boundaries by allowing us to reach out to our clients and give them a positive experience. We’ve tried so many marketing tools, but Leadfeeder is the best so far.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I’ve noticed that Leadfeeder lacks specifics in some areas when identifying the kind of customers that visit our site. We would appreciate it if it could give us more hints or clues on what specific thing a customer is looking for. Sometimes I would see the names of big companies going through our site, but I could not determine the exact item that they are looking for.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It allows our company and employees to improve our service by reaching out to potential clients and catering for their specific needs and wants. I appreciate the primary purpose of having this tool in the office because it's one way to go beyond our targets.
