What are the best aspects of this product?

I don’t have to do many things to come up with quality leads for our salespeople to work on. Leadfeeder has a straightforward and comprehensive User Interface that auto generates leads for the company. I can even filter leads depending on set criteria and integrate it with other 3rd party platforms that I’m currently using. One of the reasons I enjoy using Leadfeeder is because of its amazing support team, who always never fails to amaze me by sharing some insights on how to maximize the platform.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Leadfeeder may not be perfect software because it still has some room for improvements, especially when it comes to integrations. I would stick with this product as long as they are doing something to fix their issues.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Using Leadfeeder has brought us closer to our clients by giving us a headstart on things. Using this software gave us a more significant understanding of what people are looking for and expecting from our company; this allows us to act as soon as possible. Now building prospects from our database of leads is not that complicated anymore. It gives us essential data that we can use to negotiate with our clients.
