What are the best aspects of this product?

Getting prospects is now easier as compared to doing traditional telemarketing and other methods. All I need to do is check on our site history and filter the number of visitors that we get daily. Now I know how to get in touch and how to start up a conversation with all clients. Also, what’s nice about Leadfeeder is that you can integrate it with other sales apps like Linkedin, making it easier for me to get in touch with people.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish that Leadfeeder could be more specific in determining the exact identity of people who visited the website without the fear of violating specific privacy policies.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Ever since I started subscribing to Leadfeeder, I always look forward to finding out who visits my site and its primary purpose. I can see what’s going on in my business, even if I am out of town because of the notifications that they keep sending me via email. I am glad that I discovered this wonderful app because I was able to integrate it with Salesforce. Now I don’t have to worry about not hitting our sales quota because I have Leadfeeder to help me develop the best prospects.
