PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I am not the most tech savvy individual and the Leadporte app was extremely easy to navigate.
More important than that, the data is fantastic!
And the most important point of all- When I had an issue, their team was very quick to respond and resolve. No surprise to me, it was user error (haha) but with the engagement was such a pleasure.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

More bubbles alerting if an action will not result in desired reaction.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Even more data!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are a sales organization and accuracy with prospecting data is of the utmost importance. The time saved when the data is strong, compared to the time wasted when it is poor could make or break the success of a team, and business.
