What are the best aspects of this product?
Easy to set up and you can easily gain new leads and track them via sales processes. LeadSquared support team is outstanding, they are very responsive and whenever we have some suggestions about new features we are going to need they immediately work to implement those features. But, if they cannot implement some features or do something we have request they will find and suggest new alternative ways to help us with the process or solve the issue. They constantly work on their improvements and they rapidly evolve. We use the score leads feature and this help us to find new leads.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is nothing to dislike about this platform, only I would like to see some new features that will be helpful for our business. These features would be: notification when a new lead is assigned, we would like to see tracking url feature for specific landing page instead of searching through the settings, it would be great if we could make folders for landing pages and marketing campaigns.

With LeadSquared we can track leads, share the information between our team members and follow up in real time. Our sales team is more effective and they are more focused on their time on finding new leads.
