Pros: Leadsquared has affordable price and great tools that meet all our needs. This platform does what it’s supposed to do. The support team is responsive, always willing to help and highly knowledgeable. I can track various things from our website.
Cons: They could improve the design of the Interface. Also, the email campaign requires HTML skills.

Pros: LeadSquared has intuitive and simple interface, everything is in perfect order and all the featres are useful for your marketing strategies. In addition to that, it offers great integrations with Web Chat engines and telephony. The product is easy to set up and it can be used by everyone with little to no training. The support team is one of the best, they are cool, useful and knowledgeable.
Cons: It lacks SMS automation and custom report creation. Also, the fields of automation users need some improvements. But as far as I can tell, the team behind this product constantly works on product improvements.
