What are the best aspects of this product?
LeadSquared provides with clean and intuitive interface and there you can find very useful and powerful features as well. Great integrations with web chat engines and telephony which is important for every kind of business. Easy to set up and intuitive CRM tool, everyone in my team is using this platform with minimum training. Its support team is great and very useful.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I would like to see SMS automation, custom report creation. They need to improve the fields of automation users. The good thing is that everyone behind LeadSquared is working on improvements and they are open to new suggestions.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This platform helps us with centralizing important leads via lead sources, we are able to centralize the outbound and inbound communications and what is most important to us it helps with our lead lifecycle management strategies.
