What are the best aspects of this product?

LeadSquared has intuitive and simple interface, everything is in perfect order and all the featres are useful for your marketing strategies. In addition to that, it offers great integrations with Web Chat engines and telephony. The product is easy to set up and it can be used by everyone with little to no training. The support team is one of the best, they are cool, useful and knowledgeable.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It lacks SMS automation and custom report creation. Also, the fields of automation users need some improvements. But as far as I can tell, the team behind this product constantly works on product improvements.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are able to centralize important leads through lead sources and to centralize both outbound and inbound communications which is important to our lead lyfecycle management strategies.
