What are the best aspects of this product?
The interface of this product offers great functionality like email automation, landing pages, website widgets, autoresponders and etc. You can use own design for email campaigns and landing pages. This is both CRM and Automation platforms and it works perfectly. Whenever client cliks on an email link all his browsing history on our site is automatically send to LeadSquared account. This is great things because our sales team know what our clients needs.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The tracking accounts is complex feature. Also, there is no Salesforce integration. In addition, the click and open charts doesn’t show the data correctly.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We stil learn how to use this platform, but for now all I have to say that it works perfectly and it helps us to be more effective. We use it for 6 months and we managed to create and launch email campaigns and landing pages.
