What are the best aspects of this product?
Simple interface with great functionalities, such as: email automation, landing pages, website widgets, autoresponders and many others. You are even allowed to use your own design for email campaigns and landing pages. The LeadSquared works as CRM and marketing automation system. I am amazed how this system works, for e.g. when client clicks on an email link all his browsing history on our site is automatically send to our Leadsquared account. This is very helpful because when a prospect starts conversation our sales team know exactly what the user needs.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I hate to say dislikes, I would say things that need improvements, such as: Tracking accounts is difficult to use, also there is no integration with SalesForce (we had to move all our data manually from SalesForce to Leadsquared), also the click/open charts doesn’t show data correctly. These are the things I think they need to improve, everything else works fine.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We still explore the platform, but what we have used by now has proven to be effective. We are using it for more than 6months mainly for creating and launching email campaigns and landing pages. We use this platform as main CRM tool to our website.
