What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the platform for its ease of use and its ability let you make different board types according to your preferences. This makes it possible for us to deploy LeanKit in several of our departments.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At this point, the platform lacks a time feature. Certain tasks with an attached SLA would state they'll be finished in a certain number of hours. You don't have the option to add the time. Another downside is the lack of functionality to include in completed percentage. It would've been nice to have an "In Progress" lane. If this could be added in the future, it'd make things better.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

When it comes to making products across the border, visbility on ordered product status is absetn. But with Leankit and their customizable board, customers can clearly see their order status.
