A great gamification solution that benefits both employee and department head

What are the best aspects of this product?

LevelEleven is a great solution for our company to gamify the user experience and create challenges for individuals and teams. As an admin, it is easy for me to create challenges for individuals and teams. The results are broadcasted to other departments so they get to know their standings.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Unfortunately, it is not compatible for community users. Perhaps it is something that can be fixed in the future.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It lets our users to really be engaged in what they do, which allows for greater results. It also helps provide a greater sense of appreciation for the employee and a greater sense of satisfaction for the department head.
