PROS: LevelEleven is simple product that makes creating contests easy and we can create them on the go or we can plan them longer. I’m very satisfied with the latest updates because we can foresee our goals and we have clear vision where we are going. We managed to increase sales activity after running short term contests and to increase the productivity for more than 30% with Scorecards. At the end, I have to say that LE is great investment and it is worth the price.

CONS: Tracking specific metrics can be difficult but I believe this is becuase we do not involve our IT team.

PROS: We can put admins as end-users so they can do the whole set-up process. The management team is helpful and they guide us through the process. The software is easy to set up and we set up security permissions via Wizards or you can implement it via Salesforce Permissions’ sets. The software contains separate pieces and this helps us to install things we need. It has easy customization and it is 100% integrated with Salesforce. We get clear view of the data that is passed between the app, SF and 3rd party sites.

CONS: The instructions for installing from AppExchange and Vendor websites are not intuitive so we have to contact the support team for helping us with the installation.

PROS: I love LevelEleven's clean UI and overall look and feel. The custom template makes the leaderboard more effective too. The leaderboard helps us highlight the success of our sales team.

CONS: Contest participants don't always appear in every contest immediately. Also, the process to finalize a contest is a bit cumbersome or redundant. We have yet to get into the complex contests or into the Scoreboard aspect.

PROS: We use both Level 11 and Channel11 app, they are easy to use and very intuitive. Fast and pain free for our department when building new contest in order to motivate our sales teams. The tool is wonderful for motivating support, adoption and everything that comes with Salesforce system. With add-ons we are able to present the key contests on TV screens in each office and help the remote offices and teams to feel more connected with whole company and other departments. Whenever we face some issue, its customer team is always there to help.

CONS: We don’t have nothing to dislike.

PROS: I have been searching for a product that will align incentives for sales and marketing. A member of Level11 support team, Ashley I work with, is really helpful and she is really part of my organization team. Every week in our company we run competition and she always has new ideas, brainstorms, and debates and executes. She gave us an idea for Sales Qualified Leads. The competition we run increases the productivity by 100%.

CONS: It would be great if they could include more integration with Likedln. I believe they work on improvements.

PROS: LevelEleven focuses on contests but with a fun twist so it plays into the competitive spirit of a sales organization. While being competitively fun, it ensures team unity at the same time. It was also helpful for us to have a great product support who understood what we needed as we set it up.

CONS: Not actually a product flaw, but as a small company, we have yet to transition from Salesforce Pro to Salesforce Enterprise. This means some of its functionality is unavailable to us at the moment. But I'm looking forward to taking that step to implement even more.

PROS: I love its contest function and scorecard visibility. LevelEleven works great and looks amazing. It is easy to use and read thanks to its clean looking. Thanks to its gamification aspect, my team can better understand the KPI’s and the focus on it. It provides visual representation of their phase, without estimating where they are vs where they should be. Also, I love how this software is individualized.

CONS: Our Salesforce environment is different, so the adoption process was very difficult for us. Its support team constantly works with us but we are still struggling with some issues. Some metrics and contests are not recording as they should be. Whenever we make reports to present same information as a contest or metrics there must be something off. Also, I don’t like the contest start time, I’d like it to be farther back than those 30min. I cannot create contest because of the time constraint.

PROS: With LevelEleven, users can be admins who can do of the setup with the help of the Scorecard Builder templates. It is also a Salesforce native application which makes it easy to make customizations, as well as to set up permissions. When we need some clarification the support team is ready to help us out.

CONS: The installation instructions from the AppExchange or the vendor website are not always as clear as they should be. I had to call the implementation team several times during the installation process

PROS: LevelEleven allows us to create our own custom video channel, we use large screen so we can have great organization visibility of the output as a team. We can create positive transparency and healthy competition amongst the team. We determined team maturity in order to create successful process. This is great tool for encouraging positive characters from our sales team.

CONS: It can be buggy sometimes, but it is new software and this is understandable. What’s most important is that they constantly work on product’s development and improvements.

PROS: The individual scorecards have made it easy for us to provide real time gratification for our inside sales team members. We don't have to hunt for anymore for dashboards/reviews wondering if the data there is correct.

CONS: Not being able to click on the scorecard to see a list of applicable metrics is often limiting. I would like to see the metrics that have contributed to the results displayed.

PROS: I love that it integrates well with Salesforce and I’m using same filters that I have used in SFDC. The leader boards is on Tv screen and shows all reps. Level11 is customizable software and feels like our REP, they really care about their customer’s needs and they hear all suggestions. The girl from its support team was on the phone for an hour to help us to get the start the feature.

CONS: There is nothing to dislike about this software. I just have a suggestion for them: it would be great if they could make a popup with a messages that says “you just got 10 points, keep up the good work!”, it would be great if they could implement this when a rep closes an opportunity or creating a lead. This just an idea, the product is great and I love it.

PROS: Along with LevelEleven we are using Channel11 app, they are easy to use and intuitive. They are great for creating new contest in order so we can motivate our sales team. It is great tool for motivating support and adoption. Thanks to add-ons we can present important contest on large screens in every office so the remote offices and teams can feel more connected with the company and other departments. The customer support team is responsive and always ready to help.

PROS: With Level11 we can easily create contests, and this ability is one of the bestselling points. In the beginning when we made our first demo version our boss was remotely viewing all our screen movements, later the boss told me that she didn’t know that I was moving the mouse, and that’s how the fluid the product is. The interface is very easy to use and to understand.

CONS: You have to use this software on standard objects, otherwise it will be complicated it to use it and control it. You can use it, yes but it will require more testing and error contests in order to get accurate results with custom objects.

PROS: From my point of view, Level11 is easy to setup, install and use. You can easily build metrics especially if you have a report in Salesforce. They get lot of our BDR’s and it creates some friendly competition environment in the office. It offers transparency to whole department and ability to track the performances through the whole month.

CONS: First of all, I don’t like the color scheme, the black was very dark and ominous and some of our people hid the leader board. As an administrator, I have found that some of the metrics are hard to create (for example, If I want to create a metric that contains deal type A or B I need to make “doesn’t contain deal type C). The product is amazing but they could make it more customizable.

PROS: In the beginning I had a pleasure to meet Ashley Balls who is a part of LevelEleven team, and I have a feeling that she really loves working with people and helping them. She is smart and responsible and she has everything we needed as a company. The software has great idea that makes fun twist in order to implement competitive spirit within sales organization and makes the team more united instead segregating it.

CONS: We make a transition from Salesforce Pro to Salesforce Enterprise, and I have to say that some functionalities are not available. I would like to see more options implemented.

PROS: With LevelEleven we are allowed to make our own custom video channel. We have large screen on the wall and this gives organization visibility of the output as a team. We are able to create positive transparency and healthy competition amongst the team. First, determine team maturity if you want to create successful process, make professional maturity part of your daily routine. It helps you to encourage positive characters from your sales team, starting from a bacon sandwich to an amazon voucher. I have to say that its support team is great.

CONS: There is no perfect software. To be more specific, this is new product and it has some bugs. They constantly work on their development, I want to see what’s next.

PROS: It is easy to create contests in LevelEleven. The interface is also easy to understand. It is very fluid to use that my boss did not realize I was remotely controlling a demo and it worked so well.

CONS: If it is not used on standard objects, it is a bit harder to use and control. It can still be done but it requires more testing and trial/error contests to get the correct result.

PROS: LevelEleven is easy to install, set up, and train on. It's definitely a great sales and company tool for encouraging behavior. The contests set up through this tool helps us be more competitive while having fun at the same time.

CONS: It doesn't support service goals that well, such as minimizing escalated cases, time spent to close a case, etc. Though somehow, we made it work on our end.

PROS: LevelEleven has been a very effective tool in running our sales contests. We get to share the progress of these contests not only internally through our 2 displays. We even get to share these results in our remote offices to the rest of the team.

CONS: Salesforce integration could be made a bit easier. We have some difficulty with the features to pull in building a contest. Perhaps templates of common contest fields can be set up to make it easier.

PROS: Level11 provides intuitive interface and stable platform, once you learn how to use this software you will see that it is very useful for each sales department in each company. The product is really young, but that’s good because they constantly make something in order to grow and to improve themselves. I believe they will be premiere app in a year or two.

CONS: We have found that the metrics are difficult, but their support team has helps us in order to use its functionality and to make core enhancements. The roll out is not in the flow because it is buggy. If the number of scorecard were 6, 8 or even 10 there would be less politics instead of 4 scorecard metrics, and this is because of different sales sections.

PROS: LevelEleven is easy to set up, to install and easy to use. It allows you to easily build metrics especially if you work with Salesforce and having a report within SF. It has lot of BDR’s and it creates friendly competition environment within the office. I like that with this tool we have great visibility to whole department and we are able to track the performances through the month.

CONS: I don’t like the color scheme especially the black color of leader board. Also, it can be difficult to create some metrics especially if I want to create a metric that contains type A or B so I need to make “doesn’t contain type C”. It would be great if they could make it even more customizable.

PROS: I like the integration with Salesforce and all its filters. The leader board is on huge screen and it provides us with all reps. This is customizable software and I feel that its customer service cares about our needs and they are always open to new suggestions. One of its support team was on the phone for and hour so she can help us to start with some of its feature.

CONS: I don’t have dislikes about it, there are few suggestions I’d like to see like popup windows with some motivational messages when the rep closes an opportunity or when creating a lead.

PROS: LevelEleven is a great solution for our company to gamify the user experience and create challenges for individuals and teams. As an admin, it is easy for me to create challenges for individuals and teams. The results are broadcasted to other departments so they get to know their standings.

CONS: Unfortunately, it is not compatible for community users. Perhaps it is something that can be fixed in the future.

PROS: We are able to put Admins as end users and they are allowed to do the whole set up process. Manager team is very helpful and they help us during the whole process. Everything is easy to set up, even the security permissions we managed to set it up via Wizards but there is a possibility to implement it via Salesforce Permissions sets. The software is broken into separate pieces and this is very helpful because you can install only the things you need. The products is 100% native to SalesForce and the customizations you want to make are way easier. When our Legal and Information Security departments needed clarification on contracts vendor was very accommodating and helpful. We knew what data passed between the app, Salesforce and other 3rd party sites.

CONS: The instructions for installing from AppExchange and Vendor websites are not clear, every time I want to do the installation I have to contact the manager team so they can help me with the process.

PROS: We were searching for a tool that would align incentives for marketing and sales. Ashley, a member from its support team, is helpful and she makes part of our organization team. We run competition weekly and she always provide us with new ideas, debates, brainstorms and executes and the competitions we run increase the productivity level up to 100%.

CONS: I’d like to see integration with Linkedln.
