What are the best aspects of this product?
It is very easy to create contests, whether on the fly or plan on a longer term. I also love how easy it now is for my sales team to be aware of how they are doing towards their goals. It has been a great investment that has helped us engage the team.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
At times I have had difficulty tracking metrics specific to my organization. In such cases, I had involve my IT team which slows things down as a result.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We have been able to solve a number of problems, one of them being the adoption of Salesforce as a CRM. We used it to ensure people are logging calls, entering contacts, and managing campaigns properly. Also, we got to see a 50%+ improvement in productivity, especially through contests.
