PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

LevelEleven focuses on contests but with a fun twist so it plays into the competitive spirit of a sales organization. While being competitively fun, it ensures team unity at the same time. It was also helpful for us to have a great product support who understood what we needed as we set it up.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Not actually a product flaw, but as a small company, we have yet to transition from Salesforce Pro to Salesforce Enterprise. This means some of its functionality is unavailable to us at the moment. But I'm looking forward to taking that step to implement even more.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It allows us to have visibility of our competition without being massively invasive. It's definitely an enhancement board for us rather than being a stress board.
