What are the best aspects of this product?

LevelEleven is easy to install, set up, and train on. It's definitely a great sales and company tool for encouraging behavior. The contests set up through this tool helps us be more competitive while having fun at the same time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It doesn't support service goals that well, such as minimizing escalated cases, time spent to close a case, etc. Though somehow, we made it work on our end.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It is being utilized in service goals such as productivity, time spent to close a case, cases reduced, etc. On our end, we use it for tracking billable hours and our FitBit competitions. It definitely drove to be better.
