Easy to provide real-time gratification for our team members

What are the best aspects of this product?

The individual scorecards have made it easy for us to provide real time gratification for our inside sales team members. We don't have to hunt for anymore for dashboards/reviews wondering if the data there is correct.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Not being able to click on the scorecard to see a list of applicable metrics is often limiting. I would like to see the metrics that have contributed to the results displayed.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has helped us solve the old problem we had in compensating our team's performers. Now, they know what exactly they achieved through the scorecard.
