Effective gamification that recognizes top performers

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love LevelEleven's clean UI and overall look and feel. The custom template makes the leaderboard more effective too. The leaderboard helps us highlight the success of our sales team.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Contest participants don't always appear in every contest immediately. Also, the process to finalize a contest is a bit cumbersome or redundant. We have yet to get into the complex contests or into the Scoreboard aspect.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have used it as a leaderboard for our sales team. Through its gamification features, we have been able to give recognition to those meeting and exceeding their goals while internal transparency is being achieved.
