What are the best aspects of this product?
With LevelEleven, users can be admins who can do of the setup with the help of the Scorecard Builder templates. It is also a Salesforce native application which makes it easy to make customizations, as well as to set up permissions. When we need some clarification the support team is ready to help us out.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The installation instructions from the AppExchange or the vendor website are not always as clear as they should be. I had to call the implementation team several times during the installation process
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It has helped us track sale associate activities related to campaigns and opportunities. As a Salesforce admin, I also find it easy to do user requests such as setting up new users. We just started using it so we haven't realized its full benefits.
