What are the best aspects of this product?

With LevelEleven we are allowed to make our own custom video channel. We have large screen on the wall and this gives organization visibility of the output as a team. We are able to create positive transparency and healthy competition amongst the team. First, determine team maturity if you want to create successful process, make professional maturity part of your daily routine. It helps you to encourage positive characters from your sales team, starting from a bacon sandwich to an amazon voucher. I have to say that its support team is great.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is no perfect software. To be more specific, this is new product and it has some bugs. They constantly work on their development, I want to see what’s next.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use it to encourage our sales team every day, for making calls, emails, meetings and revenue. There is no big difference between creating too many contests and not making none and creating one that will help in building healthy competition.
