PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It is easy to create contests in LevelEleven. The interface is also easy to understand. It is very fluid to use that my boss did not realize I was remotely controlling a demo and it worked so well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

If it is not used on standard objects, it is a bit harder to use and control. It can still be done but it requires more testing and trial/error contests to get the correct result.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are able to drive the company culture initiative to wide employee base across the country. It also helps keep our teams on target with their daily and monthly goals. We have seen many benefits with its contest and are starting to see them with the scorecard feature.
