What are the best aspects of this product?

LevelEleven lets us create our own video channel, giving the organization a great visibility of output. It also helps create positive transparency and a bit of healthy competition within the team. The support function has been very good as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Being a fairly new software, we have some glitches at the moment. But new developments are being added and it will be interesting to see where they get in the next year.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It encourages positive behaviors within the team on a daily basis, around various factors such as calls, emails, meetings, and revenue. The contests created in the system helps foster healthy competition as well.
