What are the best aspects of this product?
From my point of view, Level11 is easy to setup, install and use. You can easily build metrics especially if you have a report in Salesforce. They get lot of our BDR’s and it creates some friendly competition environment in the office. It offers transparency to whole department and ability to track the performances through the whole month.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
First of all, I don’t like the color scheme, the black was very dark and ominous and some of our people hid the leader board. As an administrator, I have found that some of the metrics are hard to create (for example, If I want to create a metric that contains deal type A or B I need to make “doesn’t contain deal type C). The product is amazing but they could make it more customizable.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Our BDRP’s and Sales Reps are able to see the tracking against quota so they can better use their time. We have managed to create new level of transparency within our company.
