PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love that it integrates well with Salesforce and I’m using same filters that I have used in SFDC. The leader boards is on Tv screen and shows all reps. Level11 is customizable software and feels like our REP, they really care about their customer’s needs and they hear all suggestions. The girl from its support team was on the phone for an hour to help us to get the start the feature.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is nothing to dislike about this software. I just have a suggestion for them: it would be great if they could make a popup with a messages that says “you just got 10 points, keep up the good work!”, it would be great if they could implement this when a rep closes an opportunity or creating a lead. This just an idea, the product is great and I love it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Leveleleven offers us a tools to engage our sales team, to motivate them to make more sales and calls. Its customer team helps us a lot during the adoption.
