What are the best aspects of this product?
We are able to put Admins as end users and they are allowed to do the whole set up process. Manager team is very helpful and they help us during the whole process. Everything is easy to set up, even the security permissions we managed to set it up via Wizards but there is a possibility to implement it via Salesforce Permissions sets. The software is broken into separate pieces and this is very helpful because you can install only the things you need. The products is 100% native to SalesForce and the customizations you want to make are way easier. When our Legal and Information Security departments needed clarification on contracts vendor was very accommodating and helpful. We knew what data passed between the app, Salesforce and other 3rd party sites.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The instructions for installing from AppExchange and Vendor websites are not clear, every time I want to do the installation I have to contact the manager team so they can help me with the process.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We don’t realized full benefits of this product because we just started using it, but what I really love is the fact that the Salesforce Admin is easy to use for each user request.
