What are the best aspects of this product?

I love its contest function and scorecard visibility. LevelEleven works great and looks amazing. It is easy to use and read thanks to its clean looking. Thanks to its gamification aspect, my team can better understand the KPI’s and the focus on it. It provides visual representation of their phase, without estimating where they are vs where they should be. Also, I love how this software is individualized.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Our Salesforce environment is different, so the adoption process was very difficult for us. Its support team constantly works with us but we are still struggling with some issues. Some metrics and contests are not recording as they should be. Whenever we make reports to present same information as a contest or metrics there must be something off. Also, I don’t like the contest start time, I’d like it to be farther back than those 30min. I cannot create contest because of the time constraint.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are able to monitor our team activity. We manage to motivate them by putting scorecard and contests on their screen. They can easily find out why they are not getting the desired results.
