PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

We can put admins as end-users so they can do the whole set-up process. The management team is helpful and they guide us through the process. The software is easy to set up and we set up security permissions via Wizards or you can implement it via Salesforce Permissions’ sets. The software contains separate pieces and this helps us to install things we need. It has easy customization and it is 100% integrated with Salesforce. We get clear view of the data that is passed between the app, SF and 3rd party sites.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The instructions for installing from AppExchange and Vendor websites are not intuitive so we have to contact the support team for helping us with the installation.

We just started using this tool so we haven’t experienced all its benefits.
