What are the best aspects of this product?
Level11 has intuitive interface and stable platform and this means that the software is easy to use and helpful for every sales department within companies. The product is new and they constantly work on its growth and improvements.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The metrics are not as intuitive as they should be but on the other hand, the product has great support team that helps us with its functionality. The roll out is buggy and it is not in the flow. Because of different sales sections the scorecard was 6,8 or even 10 and there was less politics instead of 4 scorecard metrics.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It helps us to get better insight into call data, pacing and performances when it comes to whiteboards and spreadsheets.
