PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

We use both Level 11 and Channel11 app, they are easy to use and very intuitive. Fast and pain free for our department when building new contest in order to motivate our sales teams. The tool is wonderful for motivating support, adoption and everything that comes with Salesforce system. With add-ons we are able to present the key contests on TV screens in each office and help the remote offices and teams to feel more connected with whole company and other departments. Whenever we face some issue, its customer team is always there to help.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We don’t have nothing to dislike.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use this tool so we can better motivate our sales team and support as well. We love the ability to hide contests because it helps the managers to measure key performances in specific areas while the contest is hidden from end-users.
