What are the best aspects of this product?

In the beginning I had a pleasure to meet Ashley Balls who is a part of LevelEleven team, and I have a feeling that she really loves working with people and helping them. She is smart and responsible and she has everything we needed as a company. The software has great idea that makes fun twist in order to implement competitive spirit within sales organization and makes the team more united instead segregating it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We make a transition from Salesforce Pro to Salesforce Enterprise, and I have to say that some functionalities are not available. I would like to see more options implemented.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

LevelEleven provides us with visibility of the competition and team’s performance. It is an encouraging board instead of stress-board.
