PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

LevelEleven is easy to set up, to install and easy to use. It allows you to easily build metrics especially if you work with Salesforce and having a report within SF. It has lot of BDR’s and it creates friendly competition environment within the office. I like that with this tool we have great visibility to whole department and we are able to track the performances through the month.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t like the color scheme especially the black color of leader board. Also, it can be difficult to create some metrics especially if I want to create a metric that contains type A or B so I need to make “doesn’t contain type C”. It would be great if they could make it even more customizable.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The BDRP’s and SalesReps can see the tracking against quota, and this means they can successfully use their time. It helps us to create new level of transparency within the company.
