With LevelEleven we managed to improve our productivity

What are the best aspects of this product?

LevelEleven is simple product that makes creating contests easy and we can create them on the go or we can plan them longer. I’m very satisfied with the latest updates because we can foresee our goals and we have clear vision where we are going. We managed to increase sales activity after running short term contests and to increase the productivity for more than 30% with Scorecards. At the end, I have to say that LE is great investment and it is worth the price.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Tracking specific metrics can be difficult but I believe this is becuase we do not involve our IT team.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With this tool we are able to solve multiple problems, and we are able to track logging calls, entering contacts and to manage campaigns effectively. We create a contests on specific activity and we get great benefits over short period of time. It helps us to improve our productivity for more than 50%
