What are the best aspects of this product?

Level11 provides intuitive interface and stable platform, once you learn how to use this software you will see that it is very useful for each sales department in each company. The product is really young, but that’s good because they constantly make something in order to grow and to improve themselves. I believe they will be premiere app in a year or two.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We have found that the metrics are difficult, but their support team has helps us in order to use its functionality and to make core enhancements. The roll out is not in the flow because it is buggy. If the number of scorecard were 6, 8 or even 10 there would be less politics instead of 4 scorecard metrics, and this is because of different sales sections.

This product helps us to better view the real time call data, the pacing and performances relating to whiteboards and spreadsheets.
