A good alternative office suite solution

What are the best aspects of this product?

It's free and is capable of generating good quality documents, text, databases, presentations, spreadsheets, and more. You only have to download it for free from their official website and it can be installed within minutes. It also doesn't require much of hardware capacity and it's pretty lightweight. The files produced can be transferred quickly and easily too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The technical support isn't good and if we connect, the solution provided is usually just taken from the advises and answers on the forum community. Also, there are some formats which aren't compatible with LibreOffice so the layout, presentation, and sometimes the content are different from when it was last saved.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It's pretty easy to use and it enables us to visualize documents. Also, since it has an open source license, we are practically in possession of a free office suite that's capable of generating and modifying different document types.
